This is the trailer after applying with USA Fluid The
Unlimited StrongArm and running an 8 inch wire wheel on the end of an
electric drill over it for about 10 minutes.
This is the trailer after applying a very heavy coating
of zinc primer/paint with A BRUSH right over the surface of the metal
that was just wire brushed. IT wasn't even wiped or anything. This was
done in the summer time, in 90+ temperatures so the trailer was rolled
off to the edge of a field and allowed to sit in the hot sun for days,
so the USA Fluid penetrant could carry the paint into the metal below.
The Drill and brush can be seen in the right side of the picture.
Wooden slats were eventually laid over the trailer
and it was given to a Farmer with sale items, who carried hay and
supplies with it as a utility trailer, along a 15 mile area where he
farms 1200 acres. He said it still was NOT rusty yet 10 years later.
When the farmer provided the above
information, he was then told that people don't seem to understand how
you can paint over rust and preserve metal. He jokingly had this to
say:
"Well if people don't want to believe it;
that's their problem.. Over the past 5 years, I've applied this
Unlimited StrongArm and repainted my manure spreaders, planters,
hay rollers, metal doors and places all around my buildings,
stalls and bunks, and there's not one place where there's any
rust coming back on any metal surface yet. Before USA Fluid, my
boys had to repaint all around every 2 years. Now we can do it
every 10 years. That's a nice savings in Chores, Time and Money.
We sure love this stuff!"
