the surface with corrosion eliminated and where the paint is
now
peeled which was on the rims originally. The USA Fluid will
penetrate below the paint where it's peeling and eliminate the
corrosion under the paint from spreading and causing the paint
to
continue to peel.
USA Fluid will preserve and maintain the paint on the aluminum, and the aluminum that is exposed from deterioration as time goes on. Also Remember that the surface you see in the above photos is a PAINT READY SURFACE, and touch up paint can be applied in this case, or if it is metal without paint, the surface can be painted in the usual manner.
